Creating generational wealth, economic influence, and financial independence for the Black community. Increasing the number of Black-owned businesses and support Black entrepreneurship, by providing guidance, financial counsel, and strategic support through an ecosystem of Black business professionals. All of this to make the Black dollar stronger.

Small business grants

Create a grant program to accelerate existing entrepreneurial Black businesses that are committed to changing society. We will select five businesses for year one of our program and provide the owner with $10,000 in capital, and $10,000 worth of professional services.

Small business eco-system

Creating an ecosystem of Black service providers (repository of accountants, lawyers, strategists, marketers, insurance agents, etc.) to support a strong foundation and the sustainable growth of each selected businesses.

Black ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Promote Black entrepreneurship through the support of the PRS Small Business ecosystem, and the investment flows of PRS Capital Liberation Council, to build a pipeline of new and emerging Black owned businesses in the Twin Cities region.
